Cleve Archers is committed to protecting your personal information. In this notice references to ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Cleve Archers. This notice explains how we collect and use the personal information about you.
Our tournaments are held at our new grounds, Moorend, Hambrook, Bristol, BS16 6JU
As our courses are outdoors we are at the mercy of the Great British weather, we shoot in most conditions but if it is not safe to shoot the tournament will have to be postponed, we will give you as much notice as possible via the email that you use to sign up to the course.
Please make sure you dress appropriately for the weather, warm clothes and waterproofs will make your shooting much more comfortable if it rains (don't forget sun cream, just in case).
Our outdoor venue is fully accessible, however, shooting takes place from a grass shooting point and this can become very muddy in inclement weather.
If you cancel your course more than 28 days prior to the start of the course we will charge a £5 administration fee on a refund, more than 14 days prior to the start of the course we will refund 50% of the course fee, unfortunately we are not able to refund the cost of courses cancelled with less than 14 days notice, if we are given more than 14 days notice it may be possible to transfer you to another available course. If you have used voucher code during your initial booking and this code is not valid for the course you are transferred onto you will be required to pay the difference.
A substitute who meets the criteria for the course can be named at any time before the course.
Fitness and Risks
All participants must declare their fitness, existing injuries and/or any medical or other conditions. If you do not inform us in advance we may not have the staffing levels or facilities ready for you - so you may not be able to take part / shoot even if you have booked and paid.

We reserve the right to use photographs or video taken at this event in publicity and promotional materials - printed and online. A person who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the instructor in writing at the start of the course.

In line with Archery GB guidance for tournament safety layout, we have decided to not allow tents as we are unable to move the shooting line and still guarantee overshoot at the target end.
Spectators are not encouraged to attend and you should not car share with anyone out of your household.
Toilets will be available and cleaned regularly in line with public health guidance.
We kindly ask all archers, spectators, judges, field crew to bring their own sanitiser, face coverings or PPE, and any other item to enable them to feel safe and comfortable at the competition. We also have sanitiser stations.
Face coverings are to be worn at all times, only to be removed while on the line shooting.
Arrangements will be made to direct the car parking, one-way walking routes, tent line allocations and scoring at the target etc.
|Dress Code:||All competitors must comply with Archery GB dress regulations (see rule 307). Any archer not complying with these regulations may not be permitted to shoot.|
